Provide the same details in the form as given at the time of purchase, remember to choose the appropriate query topic. Going will send the ticket to the provided email address in response.

WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT FOR THE "KARTA ŁODZIANINA"?

The discount for the "Karta Łodzianina" applies when purchasing at the box office and online and it is 10%.

CAN YOU ENTER THE PARK WITH A DOG?

It is possible, however, our exhibition is a light and sound installation and animals might not feel comfortable. Therefore, according to the regulations, we recommend that they remain on a leash and muzzled.

WILL THERE BE SEPARATE LINES FOR PEOPLE WITH ONLINE TICKETS?

Yes, there will be 2 separate lines in front of the entrance to the light exhibition...
...a line for people with online tickets - to the left of the entrance to the exhibition area...
...a line for the ticket booth - to the right of the entrance to the exhibition area.
